Booking Process

1. After making payment, please fill in the linked registration form in the payment confirmation email. 
2. After completing the registration form, Happy Fish's team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm your date and timeslot.

Other Terms & Conditions

• This is valid for New – sign-ups, beginners only.
• Max 3 student per introductory class.
• Introductory class fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• The school must be notified of any absence at least 2 hours in advance before the lesson starts. Rescheduling of session is allowed twice. If not, a penalty of $15 rescheduling fee will be charged.
• Infants and Toddlers under 5 years old are required to wear Happy Fish-approved swim diapers only (iPlay and SnuglyFit brands). Kids 5 years old and above will not be given a swim diaper.
• An accompanying adult is required to join the class for infants and toddlers under 5 years old. No accompanying adults is required for kids 5 years old and above.
• Approved swim attire is required for parent and child (no baggy shorts or beachwear).
• Happy Fish will send a relief instructor if the class coach is unable to conduct the lesson on that day.
• Signing up for regular group class after the Introductory class is subject to availability, including the timeslot and coach. Waitlist may apply if no available class.
• If fecal incident (leakage of poop from diapers) requires pool evacuation, a $2000 cleaning fee applies.
• Photos and videos may be taken for training and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such photos and videos, please inform Happy Fish in advance.
• Happy Fish reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
