How to Redeem

• Reservations must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
• Please contact Hi Roller Singapore through the linked contact (WhatsApp) in the booking confirmation with your preferred booking date and timeslot.
  *Don't forget to attach your payment confirmation email as a proof.
• Please show UPlay's mobile or printed confirmation email to their staff on the event day. 
• To help speed up the registration process, kindly complete the waiver form prior to arrival.

• This voucher is valid for 3 months from the booking confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
• This voucher is non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted.
• A one-time amendment of the date and time is allowed, subject to the vendor's availability.
• Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
• Please bring your own long socks, otherwise customers will be required to purchase our long socks for hygiene reasons.
