Details of Experience

Muay Thai is the perfect total body workout to train mobility, and flexibility, strengthening your core muscles and cardiovascular system.

It improves your focus and mental clarity and builds a foundation for excellent fighting and self-defense skills.

The classes are catered for all levels. If you are a beginner, they believe in teaching you the strong fundamentals and basic techniques for defense and fitness.

For the intermediate and advanced learners, you will benefit from their carefully curated training programs to enhance your skillsets and enjoy the complex techniques, combinations, live sparring sessions and pad works.

What’s Included

• Gloves are provided.
• Shin guards are provided.
• Please bring your own pair of handwraps.
• Do come in sportswear and no shoes are required for their Muay Thai lessons.

Every Monday – Thursday:

• 10am – 11.15am
• 5pm – 6.15pm
• 6.30pm – 7.45pm
• 8pm - 9.15pm

Every Friday:

• 6.30pm – 7.45pm
• 8pm-9.15pm

Every Saturday – Sunday:

• 10am-11.15am
• 12pm – 1.15pm

How to Redeem

• Please contact Chok Dee Muay Thai through the linked contacts (email/WhatsApp) in the payment confirmation email with your Preferred Time and Date that you would like to book your first lesson once payment is completed with your booking confirmation as a proof.
• Present your confirmation email on day of the event.
  

Other Terms & Conditions

• Limited to only first-time customers of Chok Dee Muay Thai within the past 6 months.
• Limited to 1 purchase per Member.
• Package is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
• 4 sessions must be utilised within 1 month.
• No exchange or refunds, a one-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 3-days’ notice; subject to vendor’s availability.
• No refund will be processed if booking is cancelled.
• Reschedule of dates are subjected to availability.
• Classes will be forfeited if customer failed to let us know 24 hours before scheduled slot that they are not able to attend.
