How to Redeem

• Please contact vendor through the linked contacts in the payment confirmation email to check on the schedule once payment is completed with your booking confirmation as a proof.
• Please present the e-ticket on the day.
  

Other Terms & Conditions

• Advance Booking of 48 hours required.
• Minimum of 4 adults for programme to check for availability and to operate.
• Number of participants per grouping is subject to Singapore Government mandatory guidelines on crowd gathering, and this would include ONE (1) program leader within the group. We reserve the right to regroup the number of participants accordingly.
• Programme operates in both dry and wet weather.
• Children must be at least 7 years old to participate and accompanied by an adult.
• Covered shoes are mandatory.**We stress the importance of bringing and wearing the right gear
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule.
• Payment will be forfeited if customer failed to inform 24 hours before scheduled slot that they are not able to attend.
