Indulge in a serene soak at the private onsen area, suitable for couples or families. Enjoy exclusive access to an entire private room, complemented by the ambiance of traditional Japanese bathhouses! After your spa session, relax in the Zen Garden with its minimalistic, earthy tones and wooden furniture. Don't forget to explore the tatami-style floor seating at the cafe for some post-bath bites, reminiscent of Japanese Ryokans!

How to Redeem

1. Please take note that advanced reservation is required for a Private Session Onsen.
2. Head to Joya Onsen Cafe's reservation portal: www.joyaonsencafe.com/book-online Check for slot availability under the "Third Party Vouchers" tab, under '2 Pax Private Onsen.'
3. Make the payment on UPlay. Note that reservations on Joya Onsen Portal are mandatory; voucher purchase does not guarantee a slot.
4. Proceed to make your reservation at Joya Onsen Cafe's reservation portal. Select the "Third Party Vouchers" tab under '2 Pax Private Onsen.' Please enter your UPlay voucher/booking ID and use the code "UPLAYPRIVATE2" at checkout. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
5. The default in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been secured with Joya Onsen Cafe via WhatsApp. A full list of the policy will be sent in the booking confirmation email, along with the booking date and time slot.

• This Private Onsen voucher is valid for 2 months from the booking confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
• This voucher is non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed on PH, PH eve, PH off in lieu and on special occasions (subject to availability)
• Reschedule dates are subject to availability.
