Other Terms & Conditions

D' Resort Terms and Conditions:

• Registered guest must check-in personally.
• Booking is subjected to availability.
• No refund/amendment of booking/cancellations once purchased.
• The member must be present in person with the confirmation email and membership card for verification during check-in. This email is non-transferable and strictly for use by the member stated in this letter.
• Please note that the occupancy limit for Mangrove room is four persons (the member and three accompanying guests), and breakfast is not included.
• The member can check-in after 3pm on day one of the stay and check-out before 11am on the last day of the stay.
• The member and his/her guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises of the resort without the consent of the Management. Any damage to the room and the resort's fixtures, fittings, and furnishings will be charged to the member and his/her guests accordingly. A minimum S$100 cleaning fee will be imposed for excessively messy or dirty rooms.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of D' Resort. All other premises in D' Resort have a non-smoking policy, and S$200 will be charged to the member and his/her guests for any violation.
• Should the fire alarm be activated by the member and his/her guests and if it is found to be a false alarm, a charge of S$500 will be imposed.
• Catering of food is only allowed through our appointed caterer. No other caterers are allowed in the resort premises. Catering venue will be advised accordingly.
• Cooking and naked flames are not allowed.
• Maximum four persons are permitted to stay in the room based on room type and bedding configuration. For personal safety, please abide strictly by the maximum room occupancy due to the Fire & Safety Code as stipulated by the SCDF Fire Code Review Committee and the FSSD Standing Committee. All visitors are to leave the resort premises after 11pm and the Management reserves all rights to escort out any additional person who does not comply with the T&Cs.

• This confirmation email admits a maximum of (05) guests.
• Please present your NTUC Membership Card.
• This confirmation email is non-transferable and is strictly for use by member of UTES.
