Additional Actions and Payments (if any) after Booking:

After booking, please email to travel@uplay.com.sg with the following details:  

1. A copy of all travellers' passport images for our team to verify and process the booking.  
2. Additional payments are to be made via Paynow (QR).  
3. Please inform our UPlay customer service the following details

*Failure to provide the passport images at least 10 working days before the departure date may result in your booking being unfulfilled.
*If necessary, additional payments are to be made via Paynow (QR).
*Arrival Instructions: Make sure to present your confirmation email when you arrive at the meeting point on the departure date.

Other Terms & Conditions

• A minimum of 20 participants is needed for the tour to proceed as scheduled. 
• For groups of 8 to 19 participants, a private tour can be arranged on any preferred date at an additional $10 per person. 
• For groups of 20 or more participants, a private tour can be arranged on any preferred date at the listed price.
• For private tour bookings or inquiries, please contact UPlay Customer Support at travel@uplay.com.sg.
• Cancellations or refunds are not permitted unless the tour is canceled due to failing to meet the minimum number of participants.
• Booking closes 1 weeks before departure. 
• A $20 per person surcharge applies for Non-NTUC members.
• Additional charges will be advised by our customer service (if any)
• Booking does not guarantee confirmation, and the package is subject to availability. Limited packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All tours and activities are subject to availability upon request and at the management’s discretion.
