How to Redeem 

• The voucher can be redeemed from Monday to Friday (9 AM – 9 PM) and Saturday to Sunday (9 AM – 6 PM) at all participating clinics, excluding public holidays. 
• After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. 
• Please select your preferred clinic from the dropdown option before completing your purchase. 
• Customers must present the UPlay confirmation email and scan the QR code from the email as proof of purchase when visiting the clinic. 

How to Make an Appointment
