How to Redeem

• Make your payment on UPlay. 
• Please WhatsApp using the contact provided in the booking confirmation with your preferred booking date and timeslot.  
• Don't forget to attach your payment confirmation email as proof. If necessary, mention 'NTUC UPlay’. 
  
• Please show UPlay's mobile or printed confirmation email to their staff on the event day
