How to Redeem

After booking, please email to travel@uplay.com.sg with the following details:

1. A copy of all travellers' passport images for our team to verify and process the booking.
2. A copy of your flight details so that necessary arrangements can be made for your domestic travel on arrival.
3. Additional payments are to be made via Paynow (QR).

*Failure to provide the passport images at least 10 working days before the departure date may result in your booking being unfulfilled.
