An introductory ses sion designed to bring joy and presence into your family’s routine through playful movement and calming breathwork. 

Option 2: 4-Class Progressive Package (4 x 60 mins) 

Embark on a guided journey with a themed series that gradually deepens your family’s connection and mindfulness practice over four weeks: 

Week 1: Playful Partner Yoga – Strengthening Family Bonds Through Movement 
Week 2: Mindful Breathing & Relaxation – Finding Calm Together 
Week 3: Building Strength & Flexibility – Yoga for All Ages
