How to Redeem

• Complete your payment through UPlay.  
• Important: Your booking is not finalized until confirmed.  
• Reservations must be made at least two (2) working days prior to your desired date. 
• To secure your reservation, please WhatsApp the contact number provided in your booking confirmation email. Include your preferred date and time slot, and attach your payment confirmation email as proof. If applicable, mention "NTUC UPlay."  
• On the day of the event, present your UPlay confirmation email (either mobile or printed) to the staff.  
• For bookings of ten (10) or more people, please contact customer support to check availability before making payment. 

Other Terms & Conditions

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 7 years of age or older. For age 7 - 11 years old, parents must be present to accompany and supervise their child during the workshop.
• Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for 2 months from the booking confirmation date, expiring at 11:59 PM on the final day of the 2-month period. 
• Refunds and Cancellations: This voucher is non-refundable, and cancellations are not allowed. However, you may reschedule your booking once, subject to the vendor's availability. 
• Advance Reservation: Please make your reservation at least 2 business days prior to your desired date. 
• Booking Reconfirmation: Please reconfirm your booking directly with the merchant via WhatsApp, using the contact details provided.
