Event details

UWEEI Family Day 2025 will be held on Saturday, 16 August 2025. The event will be split into 2 sessions; AM session and PM session. Please indicate the session you would like to attend when purchasing tickets. You and your guests are only able to attend the session of the ticket purchased.

Session timing

AM session: 09:00 AM onwards
PM session: 01:00 PM onwards

How to get there;

1. Driving
   a. Members can drive and park at Mandai Wildlife West Carpark. Carpark charges apply.
    
2. Mandai Shuttle Bus 
   a. Members can take Mandai shuttle bus service from Khatib MRT. 
   b. Bus service will be at 15 minute intervals from 08:30 AM – 11:40 PM. 
   c. Charges are; $2.50 per person. Kids <7 years old, ride free.
    
3. Public Transport
   a. Chua Chu Kang MRT (Bus 927)
   b. Ang Mo Kio MRT (Bus 138)
   c. Springleaf TE4 MRT (Bus 138)

How to Redeem

1. Log in as NTUC member. System will auto-detect your UWEEI membership.
2. Select preferred session; AM session or PM session.
3. Select number of Adult tickets ($15 per ticket) to purchase.
4. Purchase tickets via UWEEI UPlay Portal and make payment.
5. Receive confirmation email after payment.
6. UWEEI's Reminder Email will be sent out closer to event date.
   

Other Terms & Conditions

• No refund/cancellations/amendments/changes once purchased.
• This purchase is restricted to UWEEI members only.
• Subsidised pricing is exclusively offered to UWEEI members and their friends and family members. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. UWEEI reserves the right to take action against members who have resold tickets.
• There are no further discounts on purchases/food/activities inside the Mandai Rainforest Wild Asia park.
• To allow more UWEEI members to enjoy this privilege, we seek your understanding that each UWEEI member can only purchase tickets up to two times per listing.
