Option1: Solo with the Fragment Room

• 1 crate of breakables per pax
  - Each regular-sized crate includes 15–20 mixed breakables such as bottles, cups, plates, and more 
• Protective gear provided: 
  - Helmet with visor 
  - Freshly washed white coveralls 
  - Cut-resistant gloves 
  - Optional dust mask and safety goggles 
• Choice of smashing tools: 
  - Baseball bat, crowbar, and seasonal weapons 
  - 40 minutes of rage room experience 

Option 2: Quadruple with The Fragment Room + Beast Mode

• 1 crate of breakables per pax + 1 Additional crate of breakables (worth SGD25) 
  - Each regular-sized crate includes 15–20 mixed breakables such as bottles, cups, plates, and more. 
• Protective gear provided: 
  - Helmet with visor 
  - Freshly washed white coveralls

  - Optional dust mask and safety goggles

How to Redeem

• Make your payment on UPlay.
• Do note that your booking has not been secured yet. 
• Reservations must be made at least 4 working days in advance. 
• Please use WhatsApp using the contact provided in the booking confirmation with your preferred booking date and timeslot. Don't forget to attach your payment confirmation email as proof. If necessary, mention 'NTUC UPlay’. 
• Please show UPlay's mobile or printed confirmation email to their staff on the event day. 
  

Other Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers: Non-refundable and non-cancelable. One date/time change allowed based on availability. Valid for two months from booking. 
• Age: Must be 18+. Ages 13-17 require a parent/guardian to sign a waiver and remain on-site. 
• Liability: All participants must sign a waiver, releasing The Fragment Room from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, and agreeing to indemnify them against claims. 
• Safety Gear: Mandatory gear includes a helmet with face shield, coveralls, cut-resistant gloves, and covered shoes. Dust masks, goggles, and shoe rentals are optional. 
• Conduct: Follow staff instructions and safety rules. No aggressive/reckless behavior, alcohol, drugs, or intoxication. 
• Media: Personal phone use for photos/videos is permitted. Professional equipment requires prior written approval. The Fragment Room may use your media for promotion unless you opt out. 
• Bring Your Own Items: For a $15 fee per pair of hands, you can bring pre-approved breakable items. Prohibited items include live ammunition, hazardous chemicals, or anything posing fire/toxic risks. 
• Health Advisory: Participation is not recommended for those with asthma/respiratory issues, heart conditions/high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, or severe joint/muscle injuries.
