How to Redeem

• Make your payment on UPlay 
• Do note that your booking has not been secured yet 
• Reservations must be made at least 4 working days in advance. 
• Please use WhatsApp using the contact provided in the booking confirmation with your preferred location, booking date and timeslot. Don't forget to attach your payment confirmation email as proof. If necessary, mention 'NTUC UPlay’. 
• Please show UPlay's mobile or printed confirmation email to their staff on the event day. 

Other Terms & Conditions

• Validity: This voucher is valid for three months from the booking confirmation date.  
• Cancellations/Refunds: Once a slot is booked, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. No refunds will be given for no-shows. You can reschedule once at the same outlet if you give at least three days' notice; otherwise, it's considered a cancellation. 
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited; however, birthday cakes are permitted with prior staff notification and approval. 
• You can bring your own alcoholic beverages, subjected to corkage fees at S$65 per bottle of wine, S$130 per bottle of liqueur, S$13 per bottle/can of beer.  All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing taxes, where applicable. 
• Rooms are allocated based on availability, booking details, party size, and any specific requests communicated at the time of reservation.
